Gauthier CLAR is an experienced financial specialist whose expertise spans across project finance, assets and structured finance, both on the debt and the equity side. He has worked for numerous financial institutions and funds, in Europe and US. Within these institutions, he has been mostly in charge of advisory and financings in the transportation and the energy/RES sectors, both for private and public entities. At CINEA, as a Senior Manager Financial Engineer, he is in charge of economic and financial evaluations of applications under several EU Programmes, as well as of CINEA’s Advisory Initiative for the Environment, Green Assist.

Club ADEME International
The Club ADEME International is a business network of 140 innovative French companies in the environmental and energy field. Members include SMEs working on projects funded by France’s Strategic Investment Programme. Centre de Formation du Développement Durable et de l'Environnement & Enviroveille
Since 1969 “Centre de Formation du Développement Durable et de l'Environnement” (CFDE) has been covering a wide range of regulatory and technical courses in the major fields of ecological transition and energy transition (environmental law, water, waste, energy, air and climate, polluted sites and soils, natural and technological hazards, environmental health).
CFDE has the label “Qualiopi”, a French certification given to training centers in France. It is a place where professionals can share experiences about sustainability transition thanks to practice-infused and updated courses.
Our training (face-to-face, online and hybrid) are run by skilled and inspiring experts. Each year we develop and deliver more than 50 training sessions for about 700 learners
To complete our offer, we also provide “Enviroveille” which is a legal intelligence plateform specialising in the industrial environment. It was created in 1997 and it is the first website dedicated to industrial environmental law, health and safety at work.

Intellectual Property Helpdesk
An initiative of the European Commission, the IP Helpdesk provides free-of-charge, first-line support to European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on IP management, protection and enforcement. Consisting of six dedicated regional Helpdesk services covering China, Europe, Latin America, India, South-East Asia and Africa, the IP Helpdesk caters to the individual needs of businesses operating in those markets.
