What is a Prevalidated B2B meeting ?
B2B meeting, or matchmaking event, allows you to meet directly potential partners. The particularity of Enterprise Europe Network matchmaking events is that the profiles are checked and the meetings are bilaterally validated. 20 minutes is usually enough to build connections before the bell rings and the next talk starts according to your schedule.
How to participate ?
1 – Registration: it’s easy!
Register via the green button “Register now”. If you have a b2match account, you can log in directly by clicking on “Login” on the top
Then, complete your participant type : select "Cluster" , "Expert/Institution"... Please note that each participant type has a cutomised form.
Add profesional information about you and your organisation.
Provide a description of your organisation so that participants can get a better understanding of what you are looking for and what you offer.
Example: my company is specialised in waste management and we are looking for customers interested in our hazardous waste management services.
Select the areas/sectors of activities linked to your profile. Thematic research function allow the identification of profiles. Select relevant key words regarding your areas of activity.
You will receive an email, notifying that you are registered.
Registration is open from the 30th of June to the 30th of September.
2 – Plan your attendance and choose your slots of availability
Your meetings will be organised according to your availabilities.
In addition, you can register to other activities : conferences, expert meeting, interclustering (only for clusters).
Please make sure you or someone from your organisation can attend before selecting an activity.
3 – Insert a Partner Search / Opportunity
Give detailed information on your partner search, product, service or project.
Your profile is your business card, therefore make sure to insert a high quality and meaningfull profile to generate more meetings.
Please note that your profile have to be written in English.
The description of your marketplace item must be clear and related to the Green Days sectors. Please note that submitting at least one marketplace opportunity will increase your profile’s visibility during the event.

Description of the type of cooperation partner(s) you are looking for your project. - Investment Opportunity
Description of the type of investment you’re looking for in your project. - Expertise
Description of the kind of expertise & know-how you offer. - Request Description of the product(s), services you are looking for.
You can upload technical description, photos or videos.
Each profile will be validated by an EEN advisor. You will received and email notifying that your profile is activated and public.
The better the quality of your profile, the better the quality of the meetings!
4 – Browse the catalogue and select your meetings
You can access the profiles' catalogue in the tab Marketplace. Browse the online catalogue and identify interesting partners – a search facility and filters will help you (country, sectors…).
Meetings' selection is open from the 17th to the 30th of September.
5 –Bilateral validation of meetings is mandatory (to ensure quality and relevance)
All requested meetings are submitted for bilateral validation. In your final schedule, only the meetings validated by both you and your partners will appear. This is to ensure bilateral interests and high quality of meetings. As a result, your meetings are more efficient.
Meetings' validation ends the 30th of September.
6 – Receive your personal schedule
You will receive your personalised meeting schedule a few days before the event.
Agenda will be available on your B2Mactch account on the 6th of October.
7 - D-Day: participation is mandatory
Registration means that you or someone from your organisation will attend the meetings you requested or have been requested for.
Enterprise Europe Network's staff will offer onsite support throughout the event

8 –Follow-up process
After the event, complete the follow-up questionnaire. Your Enterprise Europe Network advisor will continue to support you in the following steps with partners identified.
Note that the organisers reserve the right to delete your registration if your profile does not fit in the event requirements. 2 participants are limited per company for the event.
